Ac/Dc - Angus Young Resin Statue
Sculpted in resin by a skilled team of artists, then hand-painted in fine detail, standing 8.5" high. It is offered in a very limited, numbered edition of 3000 and includes a wooden display base. This is an officially licensed AC/DC collectible product. "I didn't join a rock band to be famous...I joined a rock band to play my guitar" - Angus Young - named by Rolling Stone Magazine as one of the "100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time" - is given the star treatment in this sculpture by KnuckleBonz. Although only 5'2" tall, his powerful, blues (heavy on the vibrato) and early rock-influenced playing style has influenced rock guitarists for over 30 years.

He's dressed in the schoolboy uniform he's been costumed in since joining his brother Malcolm's band - at the suggestion of his sister - and carries the '68 model Gibson SG that's been another of his trademarks.

Known for his wild stage antics, including his own version of the Chuck Berry "Duck Walk", his intense spasms, and amazing solos done while smoke pours out of his schoolboy backpack, Angus was one of the reasons why he and his mates in AC/DC were destined for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which they were inducted into (by big fan Steven Tyler) in 2003. The fact that they've also sold 70 million albums (including over 20 million copies of "Back in Black" alone) certainly supports the claim of them being one of the top recording/stage acts of all time!
