Ac/Dc - Malcolm Young Resin Statue
Sculpted in resin by a skilled team of artists, then hand-painted in fine detail, standing 8.5" high. It is offered in a very limited, numbered edition of 3000 and includes a wooden display base. This is an officially licensed AC/DC collectible product.

While younger brother Angus seems to get much of the attention (due to his stage antics and lead guitar theatrics), it is Malcolm's rhythm guitar and song-writing skills that kick-started AC/DC over 30 years ago while lads in Australia (he's also the band's chief decision-maker).

Depicted here with his modified '63 Gretsch Jet Firebird guitar, you can easily picture the two brothers standing in front of their Marshall stacks, pumping out their high-decibel hits in all of their screaming glory. Sorta makes you want to buy the both of them - and a Marshall stack, too, doesn't it? :-)

Malcolm and his bandmates in AC/DC were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame by longtime fan Steven Tyler in 2003. The fact that they've also sold 70 million albums (including over 20 million copies of "Back in Black" alone) certainly supports the claim of them being one of the top recording/stage acts of all time! In May 2003, Malcolm Young accepted the Ted Albert Award for Outstanding Service to Australian Music .
